We want to make sure we're paying the right pensions to the right members. This is why, if you are currently being paid a pension from the Fund, we ask you to periodically complete the Member Verification process.

Lane Clark & Peacock (LCP) will send you an invitation, usually around September, asking you to complete the process. This invitation will be sent to your postal address and, where held, also to your registered email address (the email that you receive will be from [email protected]).

This privacy notice is intended to provide transparency regarding what to expect when the Trustee of the Fund, the Fund Actuary and Lane Clark & Peacock LLP process personal information. It applies to information about Fund members, their beneficiaries and other persons associated with them.

The Trustee purchased a bulk annuity policy from the insurer Aviva in July 2025. As part of that policy, the Trustee are required to provide Aviva with information about the members of the Fund. A copy of Aviva's privacy policy can be found here.
